Challenge

AMS-IX works with Salesforce for commercial data and product information, and Exact Online Premium for financial administration.
To work efficiently, these systems needed to automatically exchange data with each other. Without integration, there was a risk of double entry, data inconsistency and extra administrative work.

Solution

With CAS (Clickker Automation Suite), an integration was achieved between Salesforce and Exact Online Premium.
Salesforce acts as the source system for commercial data and product information, while Exact Online Premium is the source system for financial master data and accounting information.
