Case: Smizer, integration Exact Globe+ & Autotask

The challenge

Smizer uses Exact Globe+ for the financial administration of several underlying operating companies. Invoicing takes place in Autotask.
Because these systems operate independently of each other, invoice data had to be processed manually or via workarounds in the financial records, leading to additional operations and limited scalability.

The solution with CAS

With Clickker Automation Suite, an automated integration was achieved between Autotask and Exact Globe+. CAS was deployed to develop the necessary dataflows and create missing API endpoints so that invoice data is automatically and reliably transferred to financial records.
