Case - Integration Exact Online Premium and HubSpot at SkyNRG

Challenge

SkyNRG uses Exact Online Premium for financial administration and HubSpot for CRM and invoicing.
No direct link existed between these systems. As a result, data had to be transferred manually or synchronised via detours. This was time-consuming, error-prone and difficult to scale.

Solution

With CAS (Clickker Automation Suite), automated data flows were set up between the two systems. Among other things, the following processes have been automated:

• Synchronisation of relationships
• Creating sales invoice entries in Exact
• Processing incoming and outgoing stock entries
• Synchronisation of payment status of invoices
• Synchronisation of currency codes and exchange rates

• Automatic processing of all relevant data flows
• No more double entries or manual actions
• Reliable and consistent financial data
• Full insight and logging of all data flows
